Remove Forecast

Use this option to clear the estimate to complete values. This includes all time phased estimate to complete data beginning with the next reporting period.

1. Select Home > Earned Value in the Navigation Menu. The main EVMax window displays.
2. Select your project from the Project dropdown in the Ribbon Menu.
3. Select the Admin tab.
4. Click the Remove dropdown in the Ribbon Menu and then click Forecast. A Remove Forecast dialog box displays confirming you want to do this.
5. Click Yes. The estimate to complete values are deleted.

What to Do Next

Depending on how you are maintaining your estimate to complete data, you can either:

• Generate Forecast data using the Ribbon Menu and performance factor options set for the Forecast cost code. See Set Forecast Options.
• Import Schedule Data to maintain the ETC using the current schedule data.
